Those who find it difficult or taxing to get out of there home, this includes personal care homes and assisted living facilities.

How can patients receive services?

All that is needed is a physician’s order. If your doctor prescribes home health services upon discharge from the hospital or from his/her office, please choose VNA Alliance to take care of you in your home. If you or your loved one needs help at home, please give us a call and we can arrange home health service, if appropriate.

Can patients choose the agency they want?

Yes. They choose their physician, and they should choose their home health provider. Ask for VNA Alliance for home health care agency.

How do patients pay for home health?

The VNA Alliance Professional Services is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid-approved home health agency. Additionally, we participate in many insurance plans.

Did you know?

A person may be eligible for home health services as a resident of an Assisted Living or Personal Care Home.

A person may be eligible for home health services even if a nurse supervises the resident.

Home health services are a benefit to which a person is entitled under Medicare and most other insurances.

Home health services are often preferable to sending a person out of the facility for medical treatment or therapy.
